Even though crop circles didnt start being reported on a regular basis until the 80s, the sudden appearance of strange circles on fields had been going on for generations in the UK.

While people agree on this, there is still no general agreement on the origin of Crop Circles.

Some maintain they are all man-made, using simple means to depress the wheat into complex circles and designs. Others believe they are somehow naturally created, somehow influenced by the fluxing magnetism and energies of the region combined with the water tables and aquifers underneath.

The final camp believes they are the result of extra-terrestrial contact, some as a means of communication and others as a means of technology transfer.


Whether man-made, natural, or extra-terrestrial, the fascination with the complexity and diversity crop circles continues to riddle the mind.
